South Bengkulu
South Bengkulu standing by virtue of the Special Military Region Military Governor of Punjab on March 8, 1949 Number GB / 27/1949, on appointment as a Regent of Bengkulu Baksir South (formerly Manna Kaur District from 1945 to 1948 and Kaur Manna Seluma District from 1948 to 1949) . Under Law No. 03 of 2003 South Bengkulu Regency has become the regional growth Kaur, Seluma and South Bengkulu.
South Bengkulu, also known as Seraway. Origin of name Seraway associated with two opinions, namely:

Seraway separate kingdom with the kingdom of Bengkulu (Bangkahulu). The kingdom is found between the river to the mouth of the river Jenggalu Bengkenang but the kingdom was eventually divided into small kingdoms called the margo (clan). Clan led by a grandfather and oversees a number of villages / hamlets. Clans in the South Bengkulu Regency is Manna Market, VII Pucukan, Lubuk Betel Children, Children's High Hamlet, Kedurang, Ulu Ilir Manna, Manna Ulu Ulu, the Son and the Cape Gumay Kingdom. But they are united on the basis of one and one descent and one family of languages.

Language in South Bengkulu Regency consists of two native language is a language that is widely used Pasemah from the river mouth up to the border district Kedurang Kaur Seraway while the majority uses language which is derived from the Malay language.Based on 2000 Census ethnic groups in South Bengkulu is Serawai 76.87 percent, 13.39 percent Pasemah, Java 2.89 percent, 2.21 percent of the Minangkabau, Malays 1.06 percent, 0.95 percent Sundanese, Batak 0, another 73 percent and 1.89 percent.

Bird's Nest cave Wallet
This cave is known as the Ulu Suluman Kedurang and situated near the River Kedurang. This cave can be reached by four wheel drive to the village of Batu Ampar, then proceeds on foot to the scene. Kuala Padang Guci
Padang Guci is one of the name areas in Indonesia, Padang Guci located in the District of Bengkulu Selatan. The beauty the uniqueness of Kaur Padang Guci is natural prairie and very attractive.
